I'd like to take this opportunity to introduce myself, my name is Sarah and I am a deep tissue massage specialist at NaturalTherapyEssex. I first of all learnt beauty therapy, during this time at college I was involved in an car accident which left me with severe whiplash and lead me down a road of alternative therapies. This helped me mentally and physically and sparked my interest from here. I worked briefly within beauty soon realising it wasn't for me but I loved the massage side. So I then worked in a spinal clinic as a massage therapist and during this time expanded my skill set, learning a combination of techniques to enable me to, promote natural healing to individual needs through massage.

14 years on from where I started I now run my own Business in Brickfield House, Epping. Natural therapy has been successfully running for 11 years, providing deep tissue, sports massage and holistic massage. I believe every person from all walks of life should function at their best to live life to the full.
